Terms of service
Last updated: November 3, 2026
These terms govern the use of this website and the services supplied by Errota Systems LLC, trading as Errota Labs ("Errota Labs", "we", "us") to business customers ("you"). By requesting a quote, placing an order or using our services you accept these terms.
About us
Errota Labs is a trade name of Errota Systems LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with its registered office at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Errota Systems LLC is the party that contracts with you and invoices for our services. Contact: admin@errotalabs.com.
What we offer
We provide AI implementation and consulting, AI training for teams, AI support assistants, business process automation, and website and web application development, together with the related maintenance plans. All services are delivered online. We do not sell physical goods. Our services are intended for businesses and professionals, not for consumers.
Quotes and orders
Prices published on this website are starting prices. Every engagement starts with a written quote stating scope, deliverables, price and timing. A quote is valid for the period stated on it. A contract is formed when you accept the quote in writing and, where required, pay the deposit shown on it.
Prices and payment
Prices are stated in US dollars unless the quote says otherwise and exclude applicable taxes. Monthly plans are billed in advance at the start of each month. Projects are invoiced as set out in the quote, usually with a deposit before work begins and the balance on delivery, payable within 14 days. AI model usage, hosting and third-party software subscriptions are paid by you directly to the provider, or billed separately at cost when we pay them on your behalf.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide the information, content, approvals and account access we reasonably need, and to confirm that any material you give us, including course content and documents used to train an assistant, can lawfully be used for the work. You remain responsible for the accuracy of claims about your own products and services.
AI-based services
Systems we build may use AI models supplied by third-party providers. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. We design assistants to stay within agreed topics and to hand over to a person when they are unsure, but you remain responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them for decisions that affect your business or your customers, and for telling your users when they are interacting with an AI system where the law requires it.
Intellectual property
Once paid in full, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you, such as website designs, application code written for you, workflow configurations and documentation. Your content remains yours at all times. We keep ownership of our own methods, templates and reusable components, and grant you a permanent licence to use those included in your deliverables. We may show non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Results
We work to agreed objectives and report on progress, but results such as time saved, adoption by your team, support volume or sales depend on factors outside our control and cannot be guaranteed.
Warranty
We perform services with reasonable care and skill. Website, application and automation work is guaranteed for 30 days from delivery: if something we built does not work as agreed, we fix it at no charge. Changes in third-party platforms or AI models after that period are covered by our maintenance plans.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are handled as described in our refund policy.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability under any contract is limited to the amount you paid under that contract in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Confidentiality
We treat information about your business, customers and data as confidential and use it only to deliver our services.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force on the date you accept a quote applies to that order.
